Japanese with Masks
When you are in Japan, you see so many people wearing masks. Are they sick? Yeah they probably are. Breathing air in Japan makes you sick because the air here is toxic. The air here makes you depressed and want to kill yourself, hence the high suicide rate.
In order to prevent people killing themselves they wear mask.
Well actually it's a joke but there are so many people who really wear masks on a daily basis. Some of them aren't even sick but they still wear masks.
Japanese people are hiding behind the mask; they don't want to show their faces because they are fake people.
Even my convenient store, my co-workers always wear masks for no reason. They say they don't want to show their face, because they feel uncomfortable.
Why? Maybe it's the cultural thing that culture of shame. They are somehow feeling shameful at all time. It's like Christians born to have sins, Japanese are born to be shameful. The word "Haji" probably the reason why so many people wear masks in Japan.
Another reason is to hide that they don't put any make up. This is another bigger reason for them wearing masks.
What's mentioned above are the common reasons for wearing masks before 2010. After 2010 there appears a different reason.
There is an increasing trend now that they are making masks as part of their fashion items. They now have not only white typical mask but masks with characters on it or black masks which look stupid as f*ck. I always thought Japanese people with masks are the most unhealthy look on this planet and they look like they are dying. Japanese people with masks are the most pathetic thing ever you can see.
