Japanese TV Shows with SMAP
SMAP x SMAP is one of the most popular TV shows in Japan. It began in 1996 until yesterday 2016. For twenty years, 920 times the show continued.
Okay I give credit to SMAP for continuing what they had to do for 920 times for twenty years. Now the group wants to split and go on with their own lives.
However, the fans are so notorious that they won't let SMAP dissolve because they still dream about SMAP being their idol. Come the f*ck on!! They must realize it time for the fans to let them go.

Now every channel on Japanese TV talks about SMAP and reminiscing the past achievements of SMAP. It feels like when Kim Jong-Il died in North Korea; they broadcasted remarkable achievements of him and people were crying. Now look at Japanese TV shows. They do exactly the same thing; broadcasting their past achievements, interviewing some hardcore fans who eventually cried so hard in front of camera and couldn't take the fact that SMAP is dissolving and the channel SMAP x SMAP is going to end.
Before this, fans made SMAP apologize for making a big fuss about their future. But this time they are really dissolving and fans now take actions like protesting and stuff. This is insane how the Japanese are so mesmerized with idols and especially SMAP fans are nothing but toxic to the industry.
I have no grudge against SMAP but fans are annoying as hell.
