How to Eat Sushi?
Another stupid video about how to eat Japanese cuisine.
I guess Japanese really think foreigners are dumbasses. It's simple, pick up Sushi and dip it in soy sauce and bring it to your mouth. But for some odd reason, Japanese people make this process so complicated that they need an explanatory video.
Also notice that the customer in the video is a white man, who really represents the typical image of foreigners in Japan. This video is considered as cool Japan bullshit, which promotes Japan to the world and the Japanese agree with this only because the model in the video is a white man. Had he been an Asian man then the Japanese wouldn't really be excited about the video.
I also do not really understand why Sushi is considered as something of Japanese. Cuisine that is similar to Sushi can be found amongst many different countries in Asia. Sushi only became common after the war probably. During the Edo era, I believe it wasn't something that was common. Sushi is a recent trend in Japan but the Japanese somehow believes that Sushi has been around in Japan for a long period of time, just like Osechi boxes, that's not true.
